Reading with Rabbits was originally started by an 11-year-old to support animals at a local nonprofit. It has grown into a beautiful vehicle celebrating independent authors, local bookstores, childhood literacy, and young actors, as well as various animal charities.

Books used in the performances have express permission from Bumblebee Bookshelf.
The Reading with the Rabbits YouTube is a kid-to-kid channel with no comments allowed. That provides a safe space to celebrate books and storytellers. It does not allow public comment.
It is intended to be a safe space to celebrate books and storytellers. All books read in full are done so with the consent of the authors/publishers.
